Halloween Bells WIP

garhghg i wanna make some halloween designs to make some $$$ but I wanted to make this big jester first because he's gonna be the halloween mascot !!!
a pretty powerful toll who's acquired a lot of chime magic etc etc

but im stuck on the colors for now so i slapped an ugly gradient on him for now u0u i just wanted to be like HEY im not dead!!!!  (ok im kind of dead)
